Return Exchange and Cancellation Policy

The Products description mentioned on Ethnisi.com are all true, though all our products are elaborately woven, hand-finished, there might be slight differences in the colors and ornamentation of the actual products.
The variations in the colors of the actual products are caused by various factors such as the weather at the time of dying, the nature of the cloth dyes, and the display capabilities of the computer/mobile display. We will provide the best information possible with us.

These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the Website,social media platforms, WhatsApp,
Google.

A product once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, as all our products are altered/customized and Made to
order.

Stitched items and Items on Sale or offer are not Refundable or Returnable.
We shall try our best to adhere to the size specifications mentioned by the customer. We will ensure the proper sizing information is conveyed to both the customer and the designer and will not be liable for sizing mistakes.
The Quality check involves the right product, sizes and all the necessary components of the product.
Ethnisi does only made-to-order outfits unless exclusively specified.
All the outfits are custom stitched to your size specifications, hence no refunds are possible.
Made-to-order outfits are freshly made outfits made when an order is received by a customer.
Upon receiving the products, please notify us of any concerns regarding the damage/incorrect product within 24 hours. A picture/video showing the problem area should be sent to this email [email protected]. Or you can also Whatsapp us on this number.
All the Refunds will be settled in the form of store credit.

The customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24hours, cancellations are unacceptable.
Once a cancellation request is received, it takes us up to 5 business days to process the refund. 10 in the case of International orders due to payment gateway policies. The status of the reimbursement will be communicated to you. We will have to deduct thepayment gateway commissions of 3-6% and refund the rest of the amount. You can alternatively, request for us to provide you a 100% store credit.
Ethnisi reserves the right to cancel the order in case of unavailability of the product and offers you the option to swap the outfit for anything else of equal price on the platform.

Exchanges are not accepted in Ethnisi post 24 hours of placing of order.
Within the first 24 hours you can swap the item before the production of the outfit starts.
